Jekko JF235CL
The first JF range Jekko 100% electric is now available. This is the firts crane suplied by lithium battery in this category, making it unic on its range.
Electric vs Diesel
Some of the differences that this new model (CL) has compared to the traditional one (CDH) are shown below. The load diagrams do not change.
Lithium Battery
The battery pack adopted is very similar to those used in the SPX range, which have excellent performance and reliability characteristics. This component is manufactured in Italy under the specifications provided by Jekko, thus guaranteeing the required specifications. The lithium system is controlled by a BMS (Battery Monitoring System), which is fully integrated into the crane's electronics, guaranteeing the highest level of safety.
*DOD indicates the storage capacity after X charging cycles. In this case, after 5000 cycles it will lose 20% of its capacity.
Recharge
For quick and efficient recharging, the crane is equipped with three chargers. This allows, depending on site availability, to recharge with single-phase (230V) or three-phase (400V) power. A type 2 automotive connector has been adopted for the connection.
Benefits and autonomy
Below are technical details of the engine, performance and estimated autonomy. It is important to know that this model, like all the others in the lithium range, can work while charging. This eliminates the risk of having to stop due to a low battery and ensures a continuous duty cycle.
Advantages of the electric version
Certainly among the main advantages we must mention the possibility of working indoors and in places with restrictions such as large industries. Therefore, the machine is completely emission-free. Electric machines use the motor pump Start&Stop system, which provides numerous advantages: energy savings, noise reduction and low maintenance. In fact, the batteries are maintenance-free, greatly reducing service. Furthermore, since it is a 48V system, the service can be performed even without having high voltage construction licenses.
