AFTER A SALE: OUR TECHNICAL TEAM IS THERE AT ANY MOMENT.
The sale is not over once the delivery is done: we do a personalized tracking.
When we do a sale, our job is not finished yet. Our after sales team is present at any moment. We do a personalized tracking in order to make sure that the equipment start up is perfect.
Our technical Director Rafa Molina visits our client's facilities after the delivery, in order to review all the crane specifications, make an experience tracking of the operator during these days, making adjustments if necessary and solve any possible existing doubt.
This procedure ir an added value with wich we make the difference, and which we find basic for the best performance and safe and efficient use of our equipments.
