Introducing MyAlmac, the online portal for after-sales management and warranty processing, among other features.
The AlmaCrawler portal offers 24/7 access that offers technical documentation and monitoring tools for tracked multi-loaders and/or self leveling pick&carry minicranes, giving users the information they need to maintain and control their AlmaCrawler equipment.
MyAlmac technical features
Almac multi-loaders are delivered as standard with a SIM card that allows the connection between the telemetry system and the MyAlmac portal. The functions of this system are divided into two categories: those available without a SIM card and those that require one.
Without a SIM card
You can have access to spare parts, telephone or email technical assistance and download technical documentation.
With SIM card
This option offers more advanced features such as real-time monitoring, control of the loader parameters, remote diagnostics and software updates.
The first 24 months of SIM card connectivity are included with the purchase of the Almac tracked loader or mini-crane, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. After this period, a renewal is offered, if you do not opt for it, you can reactivate the SIM at any time for a further 24 months.
