HOW TO DO A CORRECT MAINTENANCE OF YOUR KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE

The prevention is the best way to avoid both failures and faults on the crane and to save money.

With a right prevention maintenance there are only advantages. Some of them are, for example, the fact of getting a longer useful life of the knuckle boom crane, guaranteing the safty of the operator, the equipment and the working environment, and also avoiding unexpected work stops.

Our maintenance includes two anual inspections, where existing risks and wears on the knuckle boom crane are detected. However, it is also interesting for the operator to do daily inspections in order to detect possible damages on the structure, possible oil leaks,...as well as being sure that the security systems work well. 

On our maitenance contracts it is important to take into account several aspects from which we want to hightlight:

• We do have qualified staff which is in constant training in order to offer always the best service in our four locations.
• Each equipment has an "inspection book" where all the tested points of the crane are controlled. 
• We do have original and compatible spare parts for all the brands and our spare parts department has a wide stock which reduce the repair times. 
• Our timetable is really wide and our appointment book is totally adpated to your needs. 
• Our mobile workshop is always available for covering all those rapairs outside.
