THE JMG PICK&CARRY CRANES HAVE IMPORTANT SECURITY DEVICES

Security is always a priority: nothing if left up to fate when talking about people and maneuvers safety. 

The  JMG pick&carry cranes are versatile, powerful, compact and also safe. All the cranes has several last generation safety devices, which ensures eficient and safe maneuvers. 

On one hand, there is the LMI, load moment indicator. This safety system comes into action when the crane starts, using an algorithm calculation which combines data from the angle-wire sensor on the crane boom and the measurements from pressure transducers placed on the lifting cylinder. With this, the load lifted can be calculated and, if necessary, the crane can be stopped to maintain the safety.

On the other hand, we do have the Blue Spot: this is an optional divice on the JMG pick&carry cranes which has a double function: it has a movement marker that projects a blue light in order to alert nearby operators that the crane is moving, and in addition, it provides a visual indicator of the crane footprint relative to the maneuvering space called Bright Track. 

Last but not least, in order to offer a higher safety during the maneuvers, all the cranes can be equipped with cameras, that provides an additional vision to ensure 100% safe and eficient maneuvers.
