THE TECHNO FAMILY CONTINUES TO GROW: NEW FASSI F1050R KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE

Fassi presents the new F1050R.2-HXP TECHNO knuckle boom crane. Successor to the famous F990RA, this knuckle boom crane combines technological innovations, improved performance and an optimised design to meet the needs of those seeking efficiency and reliability.

 

The new flagship of the TECHNO range marks a true generational leap for Fassi knuckle boom cranes, an extraordinary evolution that embodies the design advantages that characterise the new TECHNO generation and translates years of research and development into a revolution in performance and innovation. Compared to the F990RA, the new crane offers: a 15% increase in maximum vertical capacity and a 6% increase in horizontal capacity, while maintaining the same weight of the structure. Combined with the L626 hydraulic extension, performance is multiplied: up to +40% vertically and an astonishing +90% horizontally.

 

The real leap forward, however, is in the F1050R.2.9-L436 configuration, which combines the new 9-extension hydraulic crane with a 6-extension JIB. The result? A significantly longer outreach length, with an increase in performance made possible by the combination of state-of-the-art structural components and integrated management software.

 

As with the other cranes in the TECHNO range, the F1050R.2-HXP TECHNO's strong points include the secondary boom and telescopic extensions designed with a decagonal section, according to the X-DESIGN philosophy, to obtain significant increases in vertical capacities, both with and without the use of hydraulic extensions, and in horizontal capacities.

 

In addition, the new permanent pulley system for the winch optimises efficiency and allows the cable to be kept always armed, reducing preparation times between transport and operation. The equipment is completed by a new modular assembly fixed pulley solution that makes operations faster and simpler on the versions without hydraulic extension.
