A JEKKO GLASS ROBOT FOR CRISTALERÍA MARTÍNEZ

The best ally for glass handling: the MPK06.

Transgrúas has successfully completed the delivery of an innovative Jekko MPK06 glass robot to Cristalería Martínez, thus expanding the operational capacity of this renowned glass company with cutting-edge technology for glass handling.
 
The delivered glass robot is a battery-powered Jekko MPK06 with a vacuum system, specially designed for the precise and safe handling of glass elements. This robot, with a weight of 650 kg plus 270 kg of removable counterweight and an additional 70 kg of the JVM06EV glass manipulator, represents a complete solution for glass installation needs.
 
Among the outstanding features of the equipment are:
 
  • 12V-24V-155Ah traction battery power supply system
  • Front wheel drive with 1,200W AC motor
  • Pick and Carry (P&C) system for transporting moving loads
  • Electric column rotation and electric extensions
  • Anti-tilt device for greater safety
  • JVM06EV glass manipulator with 600 kg capacity
  • Side stabilizers and all-terrain tires
 
The Jekko glass robot also includes specialized accessories such as the JIB-MPK06 (sealing hook) and a mechanical link to increase the manipulator's tilt angle, which will allow Cristalería Martínez to face more complex projects with greater efficiency and safety.
