JEKKO CONTINUES ITS TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTION

Meet the new Jekko SPX328 EVO+ mini crane

We are pleased to present the evolution of the Jekko SPX328 crawler mini crane, which represents a qualitative leap in the world of compact mini cranes. The new SPX328EVO+ version incorporates cutting-edge technology focused on electrical solutions and complete tool integration with the base mini crane.
 
Revolutionary advantages in the jib of the Jekko SPX328 EVO+ mini crane
 
  • Elimination of hydraulic oil: Significant reduction in hydraulic components, which eliminates any risk of leaks and simplifies maintenance.
  • Lighter solution: The jib is oil-free, so no cylinders or valves are used. Instead, electric actuators such as the MPK06 or JVM800-R are powered by a cable. By eliminating several components, its weight is reduced while maintaining and even improving its lifting capabilities.
  • Less maintenance: The absence of hydraulic components makes maintenance and repairs faster and cheaper.
 
Innovation in power supply
The new system directly uses the mini crane's main 48V battery to power the accessories, eliminating the need for a second battery on the jib. This integration is achieved by means of an oversized swivel joint and a dedicated cable reel, resulting in a lighter and more versatile mini crane.
 
 
Unified remote control
Another notable improvement is the possibility of operating all the elements from a single radio control. This specific version incorporates the lifting and telescoping functions of the electric jib, significantly improving the user experience by centralizing all the functions in a single control station.
 
SPX328 Improved Winch Options
The SPX328 mini crawler crane now offers two winch versions, both made in Italy by the same supplier:
 
  • W700.60: 7mm cable with 700kg capacity and 62m length
  • W600.135: 6mm cable with 600kg capacity and 135m length
  • Extended operating depth
The W600.135 model offers an impressive operating depth of 122m, compared to 50m for the W700.60 model. This increased cable length ensures the possibility of working at great heights, for example in skyscrapers, or in deep wells.
 
  • Optimised rope speed

The winding and unwinding speed varies depending on the rope layer on the drum, reaching up to 53 m/min on the W700.60 model and 44 m/min on the W600.135.
