TRANSGRUAS CIAL, S.L. DELIVERS A FASSI F455RA.2.26 TO CREIXELL BANY I CUINA

 

Transgruas Cial, S.L. recently completed the delivery of a Fassi F455RA.2.26 knuckle boom crane to Creixell Bany i Cuina, a company with more than 50 years of experience located in Palafrugell, in the heart of the Costa Brava, whose business relationship was born from the hand of our beloved and historical representative Bolquets Fluvià.

 

The new acquisition represents the fourth FASSI unit that Creixell has entrusted to Transgruas, consolidating a business relationship based on trust and customer satisfaction. This milestone reinforces the mutual commitment of both companies and demonstrates the quality of the equipment and services provided by Transgruas over the years.

 

The Fassi F455RA.2.26 crane represents an important step in the ongoing modernization of Creixell's fleet, in line with its philosophy of constant adaptation to market needs. This high-performance crane will allow the company to significantly improve its logistics capacity for the transport of construction materials, thus expanding its operational capabilities.

 

 

The delivered hydraulic crane stands out for its advanced technology and top-level performance. The Fassi F455RA.2.26 incorporates a continuous rotation system that optimizes movements on site, complemented by an 8-function Scanreco Maxi V7 radio control that allows precise and safe remote control.

 

Safety is paramount in this configuration, integrating the FSC SII stability control system that guarantees safe operations even in challenging conditions. Furthermore, the crane features the innovative IoC (Internet of Cranes) system, which allows remote monitoring and analysis of operating data in real time.

 

Features that improve efficiency include the crane's automatic folding system and the L323 jib, which significantly increases operating reach. Visibility in low-light conditions is ensured by LED lights strategically located on the secondary boom and jib.

 

 

To complete the equipment, Transgruas manufactured a custom-made fixed bodywork measuring 5,300 x 2,550 x 1,000 mm in its specialized workshop. The floor is constructed of 5 mm Hardox 400 steel, embedded in the crane's subframe, ensuring exceptional durability.

 

The bodywork includes a reinforced front for load support, with specific lashing points for slings and chains. The three sides are made of aluminum with Kinnegrip pillars and a hinged rear door on each side, complete with turnbuckles and hooks.

 

 

This fourth delivery strengthens the strong relationship between Transgruas and Creixell Bany i Cuina, a company that has experienced constant growth since its founding in 1970 as a transporter of construction materials.
