NEW GENERATION OF FASSI "TECHNO" CRANES: MODEL F1450-XHP TECHNO.

As usual at FASSI, they once again anticipate customer needs thanks to their hard work and investment in research and development. This time they surprise us with a new generation of cranes with TECHNO technology.

The new TECHNO range is accompanied by the new FX990 control unit, an increase in dynamic control of travel speed thanks to a new processing system, an advanced digital control system, a new on-screen interface, the possibility of controlling the stabilizers by means of radio control and the new decagonal system prolong them for a better efficiency of the activity. The new FASSI F1450R-HXP TECHNO model is the first in the range where we can see the combination of both mechanical and electronic innovations that clearly improve the performance of the crane thanks to this new TECHNO range.

WHAT DOES THE NEW ELECTRONICS AND THE FX990 CONTROL UNIT?

The new FX990 control unit provides a significant increase in resources with 3 CAN-BUS lines: the first dedicated to sensors, the second dedicated to controls and the last dedicated to vehicle connection. In this new control unit, two ethernet lines are also added that further expand connectivity and processing power.

Another important novelty is found in the FSC TECHNO stability system (fusion of the FSC-H and the FSC-SII), this new system, in addition to controlling the stabilizers by radio, provides for two operating modes (with a lever or with double lever). This new stability system combined with the new mechanical technology such as the decagonal system of the extensions, increases the control of the stability areas, which translates into the possibility of working vertically with greater performance. Specifically, the vehicle will be able to get closer to the place of intervention, occupying less space and being able to lift greater weights.

With the new ethernet connections, various devices are controlled, such as the new FX991 screen. In addition, connectivity is improved and in turn improves systems such as the IoC (Internet of Cranes) that is combined with an external GPS/GSM antenna that allows the crane to connect with different devices such as mobile phones, Tablets or computers.
